Remu Co. Ltd was founded for purpose of leasing of offices in the own property in the year 1996. It followed an original private activity of the sole owner in range of properties and lands.
Remu Co. turned gradually into a service organization of several further companies or properties, which are joined by sole Czech owner.
The activity of the company was extended about hotel keeping in the Prague center.

Remu Co. Ltd started with leasing and administration of Office Building Santinka at the same time with landed property Karlovka in the year 1999. An administration of Remu Management was joined a little later on.
Company realized a reconstruction of building in Legerova street for hotel in 2003 and Alton hotel keeping was began one year later.
A reconstruction of Hotel Beránek by Remu Co. was completed next year and technical administration of this hotel is provided with the same company.
Next two companies, Ekiva Co. Ltd and Yarea Co. Ltd, both engaged in leasing of office space, were included into the framework of business interest of Remu Co. during next years.
