Administration of Yarea a.s. including building Opletalova took Remu as the latest activity in the summer of 2009. The building, located close to Wenceslas Square is a great potential for internal completion, the design in addition to the ordinary operation of the main content of current activities. Yarea a.s.

• Completion date: 2008

EKIVA s.r.o. – In the summer of 2008, rising to the management company office building EKIVA Ltd., together with the traditional Irish Pub Martin’s in Lublanska street. Ekiva s.r.o.

Karlovka Rezidence – Hanspaulka (Prague)

• Time of execution: 2007 -

Main goal – To build a housing unit (residence, embassy) in the central part of the land.

Exchange of the land by its functional usage.

Beranek Hotel Prague

• Time of execution: 2004 – 2005

Beginning with 2004, a new chapter of history has come into being, that is the one of a traditional Beránek Hotel in Tylovo Square. The company has commenced a reconstruction of former Tuzex shop in autumn, and, before vacations in 2005, a final building approval of 80 new rooms with air-conditioning in a three-star Beránek Hotel has been finalized. A dining-room has been built-in the roof truss. Parking directly in front of the hotel and in underground garages. Rumunská 22 Residence, Prague

• Time of execution: 2002 – 2004

By the end of 2002, another rental house is added to the portfolio in Rumunska Street, in a former COOP Bank Building. Here an overall building reconstruction was not required, but just an interior reconstruction sufficed. The building with main entrance with a reception desk remains to be utilized as an administrative structure, with Raiffeisen Bank Brach Office on the ground floor. A shopping area has been created on the parterre after a reconstruction of an old transformer station. In 2004, the house has gained thanks to a built-in construction into the steel roof truss altogether 6 maisonette-type one-room flats. www.remu.cz
